As we are not selling any products physically in velukkudi.tv, there is no shipping\/delivery timelines. All products in velukkudi.tv are subscription-based and access to respective subscription will be provided as soon as your payment is successful. If you wish to get refund for a subscription which is not delivered, you can request for refund by sending a mail to admin@velukkudi.tv<\/a>. Refunds will be processed usually within 5 to 7 working days.
